SOUTHLAKE / Carillon · Southlake

A planned setting.
An individual choice.

Carillon is a Southlake master-planned development with a residential component and a planned mix of other uses. The original Carillon neighborhood and the Carillon Parc development should be distinguished when evaluating an address or a future project.

The local perspective.

A useful search starts with the exact portion of the community you are considering. Identify whether you want an existing home or a construction opportunity, and how much of the surrounding setting needs to be complete before you move. Plans should be reviewed separately from what you can experience today.

Homes to compare.

Compare floor plans, lot placement, outdoor areas and the obligations attached to the specific property. For construction, clarify the contract scope, allowances, timing assumptions and responsibility for changes. For an existing home, examine the maintenance record and any alterations to the original design.

A well-planned visit.

Visit the actual home or site and the amenities relevant to it. Observe the route to nearby destinations and the relationship between the residence and surrounding development. Ask which neighborhood facilities and access rights belong to that address, rather than assuming they apply throughout a broader branded development.

Before the offer.

  • Confirm the community phase, association documents and architectural requirements.
  • Verify whether advertised facilities are completed, planned or provided by a separate entity.
  • Review construction terms or resale condition with the appropriate professionals.
  • Check the exact address’s municipal, tax and service information.
