Information you choose to share
The inquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. The website does not submit the brief to a server or save your name, email, message or feedback in browser storage. It keeps limited referral information in session storage for the current browser tab, when available: the referring website hostname and campaign source, medium and name. This information can be included in the email draft you choose to send. The optional discovery-source answer is also included in that draft. If you send the email, Michael receives the information through the email service used for that conversation.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process standard request logs, such as IP address, browser information and requested pages. External links, your email provider and any travel providers have their own privacy practices. This site includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Your choices
You can contact Michael directly instead of completing the form. Avoid including sensitive financial details or documents in an initial inquiry. Questions about information you have provided can be sent to michael@mgjrealestate.com.
Referral intake and agreements
The referral page submits the information you choose to provide to this website’s referral service. It records the introduction, contact permissions, proposed fee, agreement version, verification events and execution evidence. Referral records and queued email content are encrypted in private server storage outside the public website directory. An authorized office user can review them. Signed PDFs and audit evidence are kept under the brokerage’s retention policy; records are not automatically deleted by this system.
Agreement emails are sent to the submitting professional, the named referring broker and Michael. Private access links should be shared only with authorized people. Email verification records mailbox control; it is not government identity verification. Signing evidence can include the signatory’s stated name and capacity, timestamp, IP address and browser information. Session cookies support form security and office sign-in. Referral drafts are not stored in browser storage. Do not submit identity documents, tax identifiers, banking details, medical information or protected-class preferences.
Ordinary inquiry and client-feedback forms elsewhere on this site continue to prepare email drafts on your device. The referral form has its own server-backed submission and agreement process when activated. For a correction or privacy request, contact michael@mgjrealestate.com.
